Ewa’s story

I work in Pentadel’s design team, creating and updating detailed technical drawings including floor plans, sections, elevations, construction details of different kinds of facilities in 2D and 3D using AutoCAD and Revit. I also help the team come up with new design ideas.  

I collaborate with process engineers, project managers and senior members of staff to make sure I provide the accurate and compliant best-practice standard information they need.

Pentadel has supported my learning and development by providing help so I can become a Chartered Architectural Technologist. 

There’s a positive working environment and the atmosphere in the office is always upbeat. You are encouraged to ask questions and I always feel listened to and understood. I also like that my colleagues come from diverse cultural backgrounds and that we are always supportive of each other. 

I came to work at Pentadel in Cheltenham from London and am really glad I made the move. It is a beautiful place, green and very clean, great for those who like spending time outdoors, as it is close to the Cotswolds, Wales, Birmingham and not that far from Devon and Cornwall. There are plenty of hiking trails around and it is easy to get around town on a bike. Rent and house prices are more affordable than in London.
