I joined Pentadel after completing my Chemical Engineering degree. Working here has given me great experience and I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of client projects, from working out the best way to optimise a client's current storage space to increase their output, to establishing new operations for a brand-new facility. I really enjoy working in partnership with each of our clients, getting to understand their needs to find solutions to their complex challenges.
One of my favourite things about working at Pentadel is the collaboration and camaraderie between the whole team. Being part of a multi-disciplinary team it is really important that we all work together to find the best solutions for our client, and it’s great to have the support and knowledge from others in the business to achieve this. I feel like I’ve learnt a lot so far! I’ve been exposed to new areas of the business and have enjoyed gaining insight on the work that others do and understanding the importance of each role in bringing a project to life.
There are also lots of opportunities to develop my skills and knowledge at Pentadel, whether It be through training in new software, gaining hands on experience completing new work or attending CPD workshops. I love to embrace each new challenge!
