Built on a greenfield site, the 7,000m² facility brought together state-of-the-art production, cold storage, and logistics areas, alongside thoughtfully designed office and welfare spaces including a terrace, café, and test kitchen. With scalability in mind, the site allows for future expansion, including capacity for additional production lines and freezer equipment to meet increasing demand.
The Pentadel team designed the facility to maximise natural light, incorporate outdoor areas, and provide engaging breakout spaces—reflecting Dairy Partners’ commitment to both quality produce and a quality work environment.
The facility included solar panels, a rainwater harvesting system, and heat recovery equipment, aligning with ambitions for long-term environmental responsibility.
