Our Construction Management Approach
Construction Management is a procurement route suited to fast track projects, projects where high value equipment is being purchased directly by a Client but needs incorporating into a live or complex engineering requirement, or where the Client has existing supply chain agreements or direct relationships it wishes to maintain.
The works and equipment are split into packages, contracts and orders are placed directly with the Client and the supplier. The installation is then managed by Pentadel’s Construction Management delivery team. Costs are budgeted, monitored and reported regularly so the Client is up to date at all times.
