We did it - Pentadel is one of the Best Places to Work in the UK!

We are delighted to be named one of the UK's Best Workplaces 2022 by Great Place to Work UK.

This follows our Great Place to Work certification last year based on survey feedback from our employees regarding Pentadel’s culture and working environment. Despite the challenges the pandemic continued to bring last year, we achieved an average Trust Index score of 96%, with every employee reporting that they were treated as a full team member regardless of their position.

Pentadel's vision has always been to create progressive, people focussed workplaces, both for our own team and for our clients' teams through our design work. Becoming one of the UK’s Best Places to Work real endorsement of our vision.

“Everyone at Pentadel should feel incredibly proud of this accolade, as we all cultivate and protect our culture," said Amy Kemp, co-founder and director, Pentadel Project Management. "Every member of #teampurple makes this a great place to work."

To celebrate Pentadel’s achievement, there will be a team takeover of Pentadel’s social media (LinkedIn and Instagram) in May, with team members sharing their own personal experiences of working at Pentadel and life in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire where we are based.

Team Member Quotes:

Jason Evetts, Architectural Technician, said, “Pentadel offers a stimulating, supportive, and culturally diverse place to work where you can make an impact on exciting, innovative projects from day one. Our open plan office encourages collaboration so you can easily develop new skills and further expand your career and knowledge base. It is also great being based in the centre of Cheltenham as this enables an easy commute and a good work/home balance.”

Ewa Milobog, Architectural Technician, added, “Pentadel is a great place to forge your career with such diverse projects to work on. No two days are ever the same. Also, as a foreign national, I always feel welcome and respected at Pentadel - this is a really supportive and friendly environment. What I also like is they pay for my membership of CIAT (Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists) so I can continuously learn and develop professionally. An added bonus is that Cheltenham is also a great and affordable place to live with beautiful countryside on its doorstep.”

Luis Martins, Project Manager, added, "Working at Pentadel feels very special and it is, indeed, a Great Place to work! I feel extremely proud and happy, especially as I have been with the company since the beginning, which brings me a great sense of ownership and belonging.  Throughout these years with Pentadel I have worked with many talented individuals and witnessed nothing but progress and success.  The work is both challenging and dynamic, and there is no such thing as a boring day! There is an immense degree of trust put into the employees who are encouraged to take ownership over their work and to use their individual capabilities as well as to collaborate and learn from each other. The level of dedication and thoughtfulness of the employees at Pentadel is second to none, with special mention to the extra-curricular activities which are always meticulously crafted and incredibly fun!”
