Supporting local green spaces in South Woodford

Earlier this month our BREEAM Administrator, Elise, took part in a conservation work day at Claybury Park, joining a team of volunteers to help enhance one of the park’s meadow areas.

Working alongside local organisers and community volunteers, the day focused on improving the biodiversity and long-term health of the meadow, an important green space for both wildlife and the surrounding community. Initiatives like this play a vital role in maintaining natural habitats and ensuring these environments can be enjoyed for years to come.

With one of our current projects located nearby in South Woodford, this was a great opportunity for the Pentadel team to give something back to the local area. We’re committed to ensuring our work has a positive impact not just on the built environment, but on the communities and natural spaces around us.

At Pentadel, sustainability and social responsibility are embedded in how we operate. From supporting local initiatives to delivering environmentally conscious projects, we’re always looking for ways to make a meaningful difference.

You can read more about our approach to community and sustainability on our CSR page.

A big thank you to the organisers and fellow volunteers who dedicate their time to protecting and improving these valuable green spaces, we’re proud to have played a small part.
