We are looking for an Principal Architect with an industrial background, experience using Revit, and proven management skills, to join our growing team, which is working on a variety of exciting projects with renowned clients throughout the UK and globally.

The successful candidate must be excited to work with a team that is dedicated to redefining the look and feel of industrial buildings. They must have relevant industrial experience and will be accustomed to working directly with clients, leading the design process to bring the seeds of their ideas to life in ways they had never imagined and which will delight them and their employees.
We are in the midst of a period of exciting, fast growth and this is a senior role, newly created to lead our wonderful architectural design team. The successful candidate must therefore have management experience and be passionate about helping their team to develop professionally. This role will report to our Managing Director and will be an integral part of our client-facing team.
Key Required Attributes:
Registered Architect
Experienced Revit user
Ideally, experience working on industrial projects
Must be able to demonstrate leadership and management capabilities commensurate with a role such as this
Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to deliver projects successfully
Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively work with and influence all those involved in a project
